Terms

Payment information:
• Payment in USD via Paypal
• 100% payment upfront or 50% payment upfront and the rest after sketch is complete.
• The deposit is not refundable if you cancel the commission.Process:• I’ll be giving you updates and WIPs as I work on your commission.
• Depending on the type of commission, it may take up to 5 days - 2 weeks.
• No rush projects or rush fees.• Please provide any necessary edits during the sketch phase of the commission.
• Edits made at the final stage will incur additional costs.
• Major edits (pose change, outfit change) will incur additional costs.Usage and reposting:
• Personal use only (any commercial use of the commissioned piece is strictly prohibited eg: NFT's, merch)
• You're free to post the commissioned piece online.
• You're free to use the commissioned piece for any personal/non-commercial purposes.
• Any editing is prohibited.
• Animating the piece is allowed.The rights I reserve:
• I reserve the right to post the finished images at my galleries. (unless client requests otherwise)
• I reserve the right to use the finished piece for self-promotion.
• I reserve the right to upload the drawing process of the commissioned piece on my social media.
• I reserve the right to refuse to draw your commission. (before accepting the deposit)
